   Shopped here for years with the only issue being the long queues. Why have 1 till operator and five people stacking the shelves? But today they lost me as a customer. Why? They've had BE Chicken fingers in the 8 for 10 offer for years. They had the red offer above them but when I got to the till there was a problem. The only till operator disappeared off with my shopping and for the next few minutes the queue built up at least 20+ people deep. The till operator finally returns and says the chicken fingers aren't in the offer, I need to choose something else. I head straight for the fridge they were in but the red 8 for 10 Price point has gone and the manager is bitching at a young female to double check that the old offer points have been removed! Rather than admit their mistake they instead decided to bake me look a fool whilst dressing down the staff member who missed it, publicly on the sales floor in front of customers. Bitterly disappointed but the manager should have spoke to the member of staff off the floor! I felt embarrassed for the member of staff!

   I used to love shopping at this Iceland Foods location; it's usually a great size with friendly staff and a decent selection. But I'm beyond shocked to learn about the cruelty behind their prawn supply. Leaving prawns to suffocate and cutting off their eyes while alive goes against their committed message of "high animal welfare standards." It's hypocritical! Tried reaching out just like many others, but the CEO won't speak up. It's disappointing and it'll make me think twice before going back until they address this and stop such inhumane practices. Iceland, please live up to your promise!

   Good selection and choice, the staff are worked hard by a management, ( If there is a manager ) who seem to be replaced quite often. The store is a bit dirty and the isles are obstructed most days. And never have an accident in store, the management are not accountable.

   I recently visited Iceland supermarket and was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of frozen and prepared foods they had available. The store was clean and well-stocked, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I was able to find everything I needed for a quick and easy weeknight dinner, including frozen vegetables, protein, and a ready-made sauce. The prices were also very reasonable. Overall, a great shopping experience and I will definitely be returning to Iceland for my convenience food needs.

   Excellent, pleasantly surprised, haven't been in for a long while, but really pleased how everything was layed out, fresh produce and fully stocked freezers. For a medium sized shop it is well organised. Pleasant helpful staff to boot. Well done.
