   I booked this venue expecting basic professionalism. What I got fell far below standard hospitality and event-management practices. The staff were disorganised to a level that disrupted the timeline of the event — something well-documented in hospitality research as the most serious service failure because it affects every guest. The communication was inconsistent, and requests that had been confirmed in writing were either forgotten or dismissed on the day. Several operational issues — scheduling, coordination and set-up — weren’t handled according to industry norms. The result was an event that felt chaotic, rushed, and poorly supported. When problems were raised, the response was indifferent rather than solution-focused, which research shows is the strongest predictor of customer dissatisfaction in venue settings. For anyone planning an event where reliability and smooth execution matter, this venue simply doesn’t meet the standard.

   First time here to see Gary Delaney one of my favourites. Really surprised how nice this venue is! I was expecting something a bit village hall style by the name but this is a very nice purpose built venue. I would guess it holds around 200 People so nice and personal especially at the front. Drinks were great and not the typical hiked prices like demontfort really nice touch Maybe a few more high tables for standing round in the upstairs bar would be a good idea? Will definitely be going back another time.

   I had a spirit coaching stall at the Leicestershire wellbeing festival there held on Sat 10th Sept. As my first time visiting I honestly didnt realise what a great place it seems to be for people in the area. Seems to be a lot going on entertainment wise.
