Staff is very friendly. Especially Amandeep, Samdeep, Andy and Remi.I am giving each one of them 5 stars. All 4 always have smiles on their faces and help whenever asked. Amandeep is our personal favourite ❤️ Store is kept clean and items easy to find. Home delivery service through online shop is also great. Always on time and drivers are polite.
One of your staff members Remi makes me feel very uncomfortable when I go in there he’s constantly coming up to me and following me around at the checkouts when I don’t need any help with my shopping, while other customers are waiting for help, he proceeds to stand beside me commenting on things that shouldn’t be said while representing Sainsburys. I am very disappointed
I only use 8 times a year as i live 120miles away. Toilets were clean. Staff polite and there is always a bargain to be had on reduced items. Plenty of parking
Always used your travel booth for currency but won't anymore the member of staff wouldn't serve as they were going home in a few minutes. Yet they were still there and could have served. I told them that I wouldn't be able to get back to the store before I needed them but nope thry didn't seem to care. Luckily Wellesbourne post office were more than happy to help me, so that's where I'll go from now on.
My time here was brief and had little interaction with staff members so I can't comment much on their behaviour towards customers and such. I placed an order from Argos and collected it. I was treated respectfully.
My goto store for all things household. Easy parking (except Thursdays and end-of-school) and lovely airy store with plenty of stock. Highly recommended.
Although we all notice the lesser choices in our shops (Brexit) and the current rising prices, affecting everything we buy/use etc. But I still prefer Sainsburys, I know the layout, I can find deals, cheaper alternatives, & still collect nectar points ( that do mount up, especially if you take time to find a variety of ways to earn them). The customer service is still the best I've experienced, from the trolley chap to the til. It's clean, ordered, & still has some good offers.
Huge thank you to first aiders Ben (and I'm so sorry but I never caught the name) and colleague, and the lady on customer services who called for them. I shut my finger in my car door in the carpark and wandered in the store at closing time with a bloody hand and asked if anyone knew first aid. These 2 lovely guys appeared very quickly and took amazing care of me, cleaned and bandaged me up, answered my delirious questions about losing my nail/finger/sanity calmly and with distracting humour, gave me a seat and water, and even provided some bandages to take home. I later tried to get seen at the hospital and failed due to a 6 hour wait time. Thanks again, don't know what I would have done without these two heroes, crying in a hospital loo still probably!
Not good compared to ALDI TESCO MORRISONS AND ASDA. Men's toilets need air fresheners as they smelt of urine Store is feels like it needs updating(Dorrige is better) Slow service at tills last week.
