Decent store, but checkout staff not manning the tills leaving customers waiting, boxes of stock everywhere at times too. But staff are pleasant

1st time ordering online delivery... with a time slot between 2:30pm-4:30pm today... now it's 7pm and still no delivery, myself, partner & child are starving!! You cannot get through to the store with the number online, spoke to customer services twice already and even they cant get through to the store or the store managers mobile. I've just got to sit and wait for the manager to contact me and still no phone call. Looks like I'll be ringing customer services again for the 3rd time. What an absolute disgrace! I have a party to sort out and now I'm down on money, money that I'll need for party food!!! I will not be ordering with you guys again!!!
Amaizng store always have a large stock of everything and the staff are fabulous
Good extra hours for shoppers as Monday to Saturday is 08h00 until 19h00 and 10h00 until 16h00 Sundays Free limited parking next to the store and just across bus stop. Good customer service. Accessible to wheelchair. Unfortunately, no public toilets in the store. Although, they may not necessarily number 1 in terms of prices but their prices are reasonable in some of the products and have a vast number of food items you may think of.
Staff are fantastic very helpful and always seem to be happy at their jobs love shopping at Caerphilly store
I shop every now and then from Iceland and twice now I have purchased things that were supposed to be reduced or on an offer and after coming home to check the receipt I find that they've charged me full price. I'll make sure to check as soon as I have the receipt next time but wish they would sort it out. Advice to anyone else is to check your receipt as clearly half their offers don't work.
