    Absolutely shocking these people need closing down. Our client orders a sink and taps and most of it was missing no taps or waste. She was told would be sent the out next day. So we left the job capped off in the clients kitchen waiting for the remaining items within the next 48 hours. With a new tracking number given. Only to find out a week later still no tap has avrivied and the tracking number given was false. Our client has been without water for a full week down stairs. In tears and had to buy a tap and waist kit after already purchased from this company. All picturs have been taken of the job messages recorded and sent to trading standards. It won't be too long before they catch up with these cowboys. Avoid like the plague

    Luxury Computer Managers Chair except what I really got had a large hole right on the front of the seat. Armrests had chrome flaking off and red with rust not quite what I ordered. Phoned them the next morning really nice guy it was not going to be a problem, where did I hear that before. After 42 days of no replies to Emails I gave them five days to have it picked up or it was going to the skip. Got my money back from the credit card but such hassle that could easily have been avoided which is the thing to do with this store.

    purchased a sink plug on eBay. it didn't reach the address. when given the tracking details called up courier company because they say it was given to a house number which doesn't exist in our street. the courier say it was delivered to another city and cannot give more details about where it went. Saves direct point blank refused any discussion and my case was closed pretty much immediately by eBay. no way of getting refund or replacement to be sent to correct address

    As per previous reviews - I wish I'd read before spending almost £900 with them! Order placed for office chairs, could not be for filled in full but would send what they had with the rest to follow in 2 weeks. What arrived (8 out of 14) were damaged and the wrong colour. Advised the seller straight away, communication was consistent until I asked for a refund in full as we were wasting valuable business time and money. Now, despite cases raised with eBay and now PayPal, we have 8 faulty chairs and no refund for the 6 not received, communication is zero! Praying for support from the PayPal resolution center. Trading Standards might be the way forward when 3 or 3 reviews have the same issue!
