   A long time shopper at Lidl, and l must say a fan of their fresh bakery section, l was appalled today when in the Myton Road store Warwick, I witnessed a member of staff pull forward fresh bakery items from the back of the compartments to the front, not using the tongs provided for customers for hygiene purposes or wearing any kind of food prep gloves, but pulling the items forward wearing knitted fingerless gloves! Touching every piece of fresh bakery she pulled forward before returning back to the tills. I did not see anyone to report this to and sorry to say l did not confront her, but l couldn’t quite believe my eyes. Food hygiene re-training definitely required. This is not my normal store but l will not be purchasing bakery items from here again.

   It’s all over again the same story in accordance to the other reviews that the store closes earlier than it’s closing time. I arrived at the shop at 8:50 and the store denied me entry. The manager said that “it’s his store and I close is it whatever time I want”. It’s disgraceful to treat your customers like this. The store should cease to operate if they are showcasing this abusing behavior. I will never buy something from Lidl ever again.

   The worst lidl experience. I arrived at the store at least 5 mins before closing time and the door was locked and I was not allowed entry. I spent 1 hour walking to the shop for nothing.
