   Could I stop by? You replaced the battery in my iPhone 12, but it isn’t glued in and is now loose inside the phone. I paid £60 for the battery replacement service.

   Just Payed £50 for a new screen and it's not even in my phone properly. I picked it up and the man said to wait an hour to remove the celetape (waited over an hour) when I took it off the screen was hanging on by a few wires and it wouldn't even turn on after wards.

   They repaired my phone and then a few days later the screen went blank and told me I had damaged it. There was not a mark on it …worst customer service and after care. Make sure you get a receipt £90 wasted

   Do not use, do not trust. Would have liked to give zero stars. They replaced a mobile screen less than a month ago. When I returned to have it looked at, the guy on the desk twice claimed they did not repair it. When I said I had a receipt he then agreed to take a look. He then told me the screen was fine but the backlight had gone, a different part, very expensive. He made a couple of calls saying the phone must have been dropped very hard to cause this problem. Then quoted me £65 for a repair. While the screen protector did have a couple of scratches on it the screen itself is in mint condition. I went next door to Rugby Mobiles and they tested and replaced the screen for £45. There was no separate backlight issue as there is no separate backlight. I told the man at Rugby Vapour he was a charlatan and a fraud. He did not care that his replaced screen died after one month.
