I popped into SW tonight to pick up a shisha and the chap (sorry I've just realised I didn't ask your name!) listened to what I was wanting and explained everything to me without giving me any hard selling, which I truly appreciated. He set it up and gave me a run down of how to get it going once I was home. I've managed to get it going and now sat very smugly and happy with my new purchase!! I'm so impressed with the service and help I received. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!!
