Good level of stock and decent prices, I found it cheaper than shopping online for the brand I buy. The staff were lovely and helpful. The shop is clean and neat.
Delivery was very messed up, delivered to my payment address rather than the delivery address I stated which is a while away, if you need to contact them by phone don't bother calling the Leamington or Kenilworth branch,they never answer, 45 + calls later with no answer call the nice chap at Warwick,he was helpful, forget customer service,it's almost non existent,emailed a few times with no comeback until 3 days later , probably the worst customer service I've experienced, I definitely would not recommend this company purely because of customer service and nobody answers the phone (apart from the nice chap at Warwick) as a vaper since 2012 and the first time using this company I would advise you to use others
Started off bad as you deliver them to the wrong address but with the help of the friendly staff you were able to reissue my order and send it to the right address thank
Be careful,in this store ! they take money from my account using my card details 3:00 am in the morning when shop was close , even though took some money from my account and I got a refund from Bank . I uploaded a screenshot on Google .

Outstanding service I really appreciate the service that I received I ordered my flavour and it came as I was told. Also the staff are amazing 5 star All the way I definitely am coming back I spoke to the staff they were polite and friendly. Great customer service. They man who served me was knowledgeable and no push to buy more expensive products. Didn't get the man's name and I mean no offense for my following description, as I'm not perfect and it's to help identifying him to the owner (if it's not him); he was of above average weight, very polite, knowledgeable and ensured I left a happy customer (I want to quit smoking and wanted a box rather than a stick. He explained the pros and cons of the suitable devises so I could make my own mind up). Since visiting I have made a purchase online and received my liquids in two days. I cannot find any faults with Royal Capes. Keep up the great work.
