   I had to return early from my trip due to an allergic reaction which caused me to not be able to see even 3 steps ahead. The security guard called me out of the baggage area and said i couldn't go back in just because i stood too close the the automatic doors in a weird power play. I tried to stay in the duty free store while waiting for my partner at the time. I was vulnerable, very ill and felt extremely unsettled and tried to walk it off while i waited. I was in a terrible condition, felt dizzy and couldn't focus and then the duty free cashier came over to me and said i couldn't stay in the store and that if i did she was going to call security on me. I'm never going to be flying from birmingham again and won't forget how I was treated when I needed help and have warned every connection I have never to go to this airport. The UK has many airports with kind people, this isn't one.

   Good value perfume offers and free testers. Love the 19.99 selection, you can get some good offers. Everything else I wouldn’t buy as not good value at all. The gifts are nice but again ridiculously overpriced. Good free testers on all perfumes. The temperature walking through is unbearable. It’s not like it’s optional to go in, you have to go in so to have it so hot is a major health and safety issue. The airport will say it’s because there is building work, but that doesn’t stop them using a tiny amount of there millions of profits from getting a few temporary air confining units. Terrible way to run a business and the manager should be ashamed of themselves.

   It's just your standard airport duty free shop. The variety seems to have dwindled quite a lot lately in terms of bottles of spirits they are selling, but it still has the same amount of pushy salespeople hanging around the fragrance section.

   Joining the queue for the 20% voucher scam…rude & unhelpful staff at the tills.. however girls at perfume counter were excellent. Shame I refunded almost £200 worth & brought elsewhere.

   This place is a joke. The staff were all too busy chatting with each other, No one could help me locate perfume. They wouldn't honour their own VIP discount voucher without the original receipt. Super unhelpful, disorganised, bad staff. Except for the cigarette room the guy in there was super helpful and nice.

   Absolutely shocking bought something got given a 20 per cent voucher choose a pair of sunglasses. They couldn’t find a code for them so couldn’t sell them me ! Really that’s £200 worse off you are. No wonder some retail struggle with can’t do attitudes this this
