   My journey started a little rocky with the sales and admin team but the Managing Director Simon got involved and resolved everything in a couple of hours! He explained the situation and assured me of next steps. He was very reasonable and generous in his resolution and we really appreciated it. It was not always straight forward as my particular order had a lot of things gone wrong with it for some reason but after dealing with Simon, I would definitely recommend them. He listened and resolved the problem quickly which is what you need when you can't guarantee suppliers and deliveries being flawless.

   The consultant that visited me to assess my needs was very good. However the chair they sent out to me was not what was recommended as Vergo decided to send out a cheaper version without consulting me or my company. This took a further 6 weeks on top of the 3 weeks delivery to get the correct chair. I had recently had major back surgery and this was fully explained at the time of the chair being ordered. This really was something that they should have sorted first time round given how serious my back problem is. The desk and arm rest are perfect for my work.

   I needed a DSE assessment as I work from home and have a back condition that was causing a lot of pain. Had great service from Vergo, very efficient, good assessment, the problems were identified and I ordered a new chair which was delivered and set up really well. Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend them to any individual or company especially if you are continuing to observe working from home. Especial thanks to Richard the Assessor who was only very pleasant, professional and respectful of my request to take anti-covid precautions during his visit.    The team at Vergo have always been a joy to work with. They go out of their way to offer advice and answer any questions that we have. Their assessors are always prompt, friendly and professional. Vergo also provide an in depth written report for all the DSE assessments that we have had carried out which is a great help. If new equipment is required they always give an explanation and there has been a number of occasions where they have carried out an assessment for us and not recommended new equipment but, have just shown the user how to adjust their chair.
