Took my son and 15 friends for my sons birthday. Brilliant, 16 crazy 8/9 year plds running round and they dealt with them brilliantly. Friendly people working there,kids had an amazing time
Fantastic!! We had our sons 10th birthday party here and the party was amazing the staff were outstanding from start to finish especially would like to mention katie Stacy and Lily nothing was too much trouble and bring a service with a smile would highly recommend.
Absolutely superb birthday party choice. £16 a person for 2 rounds, decent pizza, and ice cream to finish. Kept a bunch of 10 year olds happy for a couple of hours with minimal input. Staff were absolutely superb and made things very easy for us, and made sure the kids were having a great time. Yeah, it’s in a bit of a run down building but who cares?! Definitely will be returning.

Saturday 27/08/2025 Me & my son had a fantastic time at Laser Quest & we will definitely go again! The staff: Stacy, Mike & Katey were very welcoming, & went the extra mile in making sure we were ok. We had difficulty in parking, so were a bit late, but they waited for us & made sure we were ready without rushing us. Truly lovely people, who made our time there even better!
Staff are very friendly and good with kids. We went in as a family of four and then were put with other groups for our two games. Lots of fun for all. My 7yo was a bit upset and left the room and a staff member was kind enough to help him out. Thank You! Manager lady also gave our boys some Pokémon cards which they were thrilled with. Minus one star for the toilets. Shared male & female loos... Yuck.. Apart from that, would highly recommend! Staff are a credit to the company!
Was excellent. My little ones (8) had never done it before and loved it. The staff were fab, enthusiastic and also good with the little people. It comes in alot cheaper than I was expecting, and looks a good option for birthday parties.
It was great! The staff were really nice and patient with us (us being 24 excited uni students). I have been there 3 times already now and I know I will definitely go there again sometime soon :).
Good experience. We went as a team if 6 for my sons birthday. We was put with a few others and The leader joined in. Made it a good game! They was running behind when we got there so struggled to keep excited 10 year olds entertained till we went in but other than that it was a great time.
