We went in the week to the toddler session and the place was very clean and tidy. Plenty of space to run around and the adults can go onto the equipment to keep an eye on the younger toddlers. Cafe and drinks availability is really helpful and the complimentary tea was great and tasted nice. I haven't tried the food yet. We didn't have the kids drink and biscuits as my boy is too young for squash but it's appreciated that it's included. The kids all seemed to be having a fun and my boy really enjoyed himself. We will be back. The only thing I would say is that there were some kids there that were definitely on the older side of toddler and were much more boisterous than the younger ones. I know the cut off age is 4 so it's something to bear in mind as you need to keep a very close eye, my 16 month old got pushed around a bit. It wasn't too busy so it was ok. Also the parking situation isn't great, we were there on a quiet day, the car park is small and we got the last space. I can imagine it to be a problem at the weekends.

Okay play space. Pretty bad food and drink. I came here with my 10 month old daughter. Firstly, pricing for a 10-month old is ridiculous. It says "less than 10 months" is free, and then "11 months to 4 years" is something like £6. To anyone with a maths GCSE, they will realise neither of those age brackets include a child who is actually 10 months but not yet 11 months. Anyhow, the actual play space is okay. I was in the under 1 year section which is pretty small. See my picture attached. But it kept my little one entertained for a couple of hours. We did also nip briefly into the under 4 section and use the little tykes cars as it was empty. That is a unique section thst Iver never seen at another soft play. There was like a "tunnel" loop that the little tykes cars could go round. The older section looked good but obviously we didn't use it. I ordered coffee but it was dreadful. It was worse than supermarket instant coffee. Not worthy of a cafe. There were no fresh cakes or cookies or anything so I had a bowl of chips. They weren't anything special either. No offer of sauces or salt. They were hot, but a bit soggy. The place was clean though, and looked cared for. I suppose it's worth a visit if you live nearby, but I won't be rushing back anytime too soon.

Went with my daughters for their friend’s birthday party and it was really well run. The place was clean, safe and had plenty of space for the kids to enjoy themselves. Staff were friendly and kept everything organised, which made it stress-free for the parents too. A great choice for children’s parties.

This was the venue for my Daughter's 6th birthday yesterday and I must admit, given how busy this place is I was nervous that something might go wrong. However, Destiny (member of staff) was incredible, she made sure everything was ready, when it was needed and was very friendly and reassuring. She was brilliant! An asset to the company! The food was great, and the ice cream cake was a hit with the children. We had chosen 4pm as the start time and as it turns out, that was a good time as other parents were leaving to get home whilst we were just starting to Party! Thank you Destiny for going above and beyond.

Definitely a soft play for older kids who can take care of themselves, not for young families. You have to pay £3 per adult and yet adults aren't even allowed inside the soft play (haven't come across this anywhere else and our daughter kept getting upset when we couldn't come in to play with her, and also complained about older kids intimidating her but we couldn't go in to supervise). We paid £5.50 for our 3 year old who technically wasn't even allowed in the main part of the soft play (try telling a 3 year old they can't go in the main part with the different levels, big slides and ball pit!), just the small Under 4s section (which often had over 4s in it and no one monitoring this) and £1.50 for our baby who can't play yet! Car parking is limited. We had to wait awhile to get in at the desk solely because someone was enquiring about parties and no one else took over booking people in. The staff told us we were lucky to get in as earlier people had to wait 45 minutes to get a table, like it was a good thing! All soft plays are noisy but the acoustics in this one are particularly bad. A star for the small entertainment factor my 3 year old still got out of it, a star for reasonable food & drink and a star for cleanliness, staff were clearly working hard to keep on top it.

Visited at 3pm on a Saturday in December, not too busy, staff explained the rules then the kids went off and had fun. All staff I interacted with were friendly, the food was pretty good value and most importantly the kids had a great time. I don’t mind the higher than average entrance fee as it was a better than average soft play.

Took my brothers and their friends on a weekend to play. Although I was a bit hesitant due to the negative reviews, the children had a good time overall except for one child who punched my brother in the tummy. Staff were polite and food was good (chicken stripes highly recommended) Cons: you can't bring your own drinks and snack.

Really good. Went for the first time with my 1 year old and they loved exploring the under 4 section. The over 4 bit looked great too. Good range of food options available also. Will be going again.
