   I came to Kristie asking for a bridal bouquet and a buttonhole and she honestly did such a great job. I just told her the colours and some of the flowers I liked and trusted her to do the rest and honestly I’m so blown away! They were delivered to the church free of charge and the price was amazing and so reasonable. Honestly I could not be happier and I’m currently pressing my flowers to put them in a frame! Honestly such a hidden gem in Crouch end, I will be buying all flowers here!

   I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase from this shop! I picked up this stunning fiddle leaf fig and honestly can’t believe what a bargain it was—lush, healthy, and full of life. The leaves are glossy and vibrant, and it’s already brightening up my plant corner beautifully. You can tell it’s been well cared for. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience a joy. Highly recommend to any plant lovers—you won’t be disappointed!

   The lovely florist at Hornsey Pet and Garden shop made a beautiful flower spray for me to take to my friend’s funeral. She went out of her way to make sure the flowers would survive my train journey. She was so helpful when I ordered the flowers and couldn’t have been nicer. The price was extremely competitive and I won’t go anywhere else for flowers now!

   I went in to get some advice about my plant which I believe has root rot and there was a lovely lady who helped me and gave me great tips on how to care for my plant. I loved the whole atmosphere and how lovely and helpful the member of staff was. I would highly recommend.

Kristie is a wonderful person/professional! Literally met the exact expectations I had (beautiful peonies+foliage), very helpful with recommendations and ideas. The wonderful team delivered the beauties free of charge on the day, exactly on time! Such friendly and caring people, no fuss, no confusion, masters of their jobs!    The shop is local to me, so I have used it often to obtain supplies for my child's pet and for the purchase of plants for our small garden. Sadly, despite my polite and friendly disposition, I have mostly received hostile glares and animosity from the sales lady. Last week, the antipathy culminated in an overcharge/cheat. I bought a couple of small potted plants for my child each clearly priced at £3.99 but she charged me £8.99 for each. The items had been reduced, but she obviously decided that the discount should not apply to me, a person with an ethnicity she held with disdain. My promise to her is never to visit her shop again and I would like to convey my best wishes.
