What an awesome delivery service,, everytime, I order through any platform and these are true to there delivery times and are so good to customers and reoccurring customers too! The whole team are so awesome and they come from Cardiff to Barry in 25 mins and always stick to there word!! What an out of service team! Amazing

I order from them on a daily basis, they are very cheap and the quality of the alcohol is great! Me and my friends highly recomment dial a crate. They are definitely the cheapest alcohol delivery in Cardiff.

I cannot believe the service in which we have received tonight in using your facilities. The lady on the phone informed me the delivery would be 30 minutes maximum. In which the driver called to tell me he was outside after 45 minutes, for me to stand outside for 15 minutes with no show, 1 hour later the driver arrives. We informed we only wanted one and they you told me we would cancel the order! Disgusting service! DO NOT USE EVER
