    When a customer walks in, here's a few tips.... After you've put your pasty down and wiped your hands on your shirt leaving crumbs on the counter, wash your hands or at the very least use a wet wipe! Then try greeting the customer in a friendly manner rather than silence. Please and thank you!! You were just as rude in a McColls uniform

    Rude and ignorant staff, don't know how they got a job in customer service they don't have a clue. Spent time talking to other staff while in the middle of serving me, then got loud and aggressive when I demanded her attention. Will not go back again.

    Staff were not helpful the so called manager was rude to a delivery guy and other shoppers.. I left out of principle. This shop gives a bad name to the mccolls brand
