   It’s gone downhill. Store untidy and dirty. Some always long queues because of not enough tills open. Lots and lots of pricing errors and unpriced items. Some items have wrong weight on the label making you think that you are getting a bigger bargain when in fact it’s a smaller pack. Checkout poor. I’m sorry to say some staff dishevelled and smelling of tobacco. Others clearly overworked and rushing around.

   Lots of choice, the main issue is that there are far too many items without prices. Making the experience of shopping quite annoying. I usually put unpriced items back on the shelf. The manager needs to get this matter sorted as soon as possible, it's losing them sales.

   I love this B&M store. I have one near mine however they are quite slow at putting out new products. Every time I’ve came here they have always had things that my B&M didn’t have. Definitely recommend going here if you have a B&M that takes a while stocking/putting things out!!

   I try and do my shopping early as possible as this shop gets busy quite quickly. I can get most of my shopping here and the staff are friendly and helpful, but there's only two bad points about this shop, the prices are not rounded up to the pound, which can be a bit of a pain when you're on a budget for shopping and the company needs to do what other shops have done and put in self service tills to lessen the queues at the tills.

   Good shop, brilliant range of products, even got food to help loose weight, i visit often, i really like it, however, they need to redesign the store, the checkouts there are 4 of them but only ever 2 in use, causing queues through the store at busy times, the aisles are very narrow and cause issues especially at busy times, they do also sometimes but baskets containing promotional offers in front of normal products on the shelves, they need more checkouts or some self-checkouts, and to use the space better, but other than that, its not a bad place

   It is hard to rate this store really as it is a bit of a mismatch store. For what it is trying to be it does it very well. It sells certain products cheaply, so that is good. Though there is a lot of stuff you cannot get here, so to do an all round shop you would still need to go to Tesco's or another place. But if you know what they have and you are going there for that specific thing then this place is good. We go here a lot for the products we need. The staff are always really friendly and nice. The only bug bear is that sometimes the queue can get out of hand but give them their due, staff do call out for someone to help... it just doesn't always appear immediately.
