   In my opinion this is the best vape shop in Newport by far..... Every time I go in there they are so friendly, so informative and they really do go the extra mile to help and inform the customer..... I really couldn't ask for a better place to get my vapes from. They really take the time to explain how they work and answer any questions you may have. I cannot fault the place. This the the only shop I will go to in Newport for anything to do with my vape. Thanks guys.

   This is the best vape shop i have been to after vaping for a year. I have been to few in my local area and not one compares to the knowledge base that is provided and the way customers are treated. With staff making sure customers walk out knowing all they need about what they have bought! I have even had a few problems with devices i have used and they have helped me repair them free of charge. On another note thanks to this store in just two months i have been able to come completely off nicotine products through guidance and advice on how to phase it out. 6 out of 5.

   The staff here are amazingly friendly and helpful. The guys working here taught me more about my device in the 5 minutes I was there than the shop I bought it from taught me in 6 months! Also worth noting that their ejuice ranges are exceptionally good.
