   This is a great warm and safe place to meet and have social interaction ( if you want to.) Lovely volunteer staff making a drink, biscuit or toasted tea cake for anyone who drops in. Lots of groups going on and advertised. Games provided and some children’s toys. I only have one grumble, but it is a serious one. There is no INDEPENDENT access to the toilets for wheelchair users, even though you advertise disabled access. Unless there is someone with the wheelchair user or someone in the office who notices ( and there’s not always someone in the office,) they cannot independently access the door controls either going in to the toilets or getting back out again. My friend has been left stranded many times when visiting on her own. Access is a right, not a privilege; so this problem needs sorting out. I have brought this problem to the staffs attention many times, but just get told that the people upstairs need to be protected??? (Why not put key codes on THEIR doors as they are obviously able bodied and can walk upstairs.) I just feel that this situation is not acceptable in this day and age. Thankyou for considering my comments, and Thankyou to the wonderful volunteers who give their time to make it a welcoming place to visit.

   Great place to have a birthday party as the ambiance of the party hall is excellent. Office staff support were amazing. Without their help our special day would not have been the picture-perfect event we always dreamed of. Your planning, preparation, and attention to detail was amazing.
