Very happy with the company, nice and professional way. You can call them and book your ride or you can do it from the app and choose your pick up time. Also can pay by cash or card. Highly recommend
I booked a taxi for 17:05 to catch a 17:33 train. I was outside on the street waiting at 17:04 and I saw my alloted taxi drive past. I called the operator who said she had cancelled my booking and sent the driver somewhere else. I asked why and confirmed I had a train to catch. No reason was given. Cancelling a booking without contacting the customer is terrible customer service. I was offered another driver, who arrived at 17:16 and got me to Temple Meads for 17:31. I ran through the station down the stairs, up the stairs and onto the train as the driver pressed to close the doors. Thanks to the driver and 23rd December light traffic I was lucky. The operator and the company are awful and I will never use them again.
They were brilliant. Easy to book and at a quarter of the price that Uber were going to charge. I will look to use Veezu first in future. Plus, a very lovely friendly driver. Excellent all round!!!
Driver was v good,polite etc. Arrived nice and early, but at wrong address,had suspected it would be the case as said the door number 4 times during booking. Expected tap and pay. Link and cashpoints wouldn't work due to outage. There should be a system to tap or take payment at the office should tech fail/crash. Had to wait for systems to work and pay at my bank , as I don't use my phone to make payments
My taxi arrived within a few minutes of my booking. The car was very clean inside and out. The driver was very nice, and remembered the many times he'd driven me and my late husband to hospital and home again. Also this driver used to live quite close to me in the same road and said what a lovely man my late husband was. The journey was good and the driver drove very safely and observed the speed limit.
Most helpful drivers. I am physically handicapped and they helped me into the taxi both going and coming home. They were both on time and found me at the BRI when I was not sure where to go. I will certainly go on using Veezu cars, I think they are now called. First class.
I wanted to speak to someone so I could clarify things for my intended journey so I waited until I got through to an operator. The Agent/operator was totally disinterested in my custom. I gave her a pick up time of 12.15. I specifically asked how much it would cost and she said £10. I also asked if there was cash or card option, she said both were available. The taxi came at 12. Luckily I was ready. Taxi driver was wondetful, cannot fault him. We arrive at the destination and the fare was £12.60 I explained that I had been told it would be £10, taxi driver was willing to reduce/adjust the amount, however I paid the amount on his meter. When I produced my card to pay with, he said he had been told I would pay in cash..... He also explained the increase advising that the fare goes up by £2 after midday. I booked the taxi for 12.15, after midday, the operator did not explain the additional cost. Rubbish service by Cab company. Driver was stunning, very professional service, everything one would want in a driver. Shame the booking operator was so disinterested and unprofessional in all parts of her job?
Taxi was on time, but as usual stopped 50 yards away from my address. As a disabled passenger this is not ideal. It would be nice to be able to talk to a human when ordering a cab!
Used V cars to get to our hotel in Bristol from Long Ashton. Easy to book, arrived bang on time, quality ride and personable driver. Great price too, what's not to like?
I used V-Cars and they were excellent. No problems with making the booking on my phone. I was notified when the cab was on its way and had arrived (it was early and that was great). The driver got me to my destination promptly and efficiently. And the cost estimate was pretty accurate too. It's not the first time I've used V- Cars and I will definitely use them again.
