waited an hour for the taxi when they said they where on there way, rang again and they said an extra 15 minutes! yet still hadn’t arrived after 25!!!
I've used this company for a few years now, mainly for taking heavy shopping home now and again and they are brilliant! The people are very friendly and on a couple of occasions when the buses have been on strike and I've been left stranded they have gone out of their way to pick me up no matter how busy they are.
Booked taxi night before operation day at Southmead for 06.40 Saw taxi arrive outside my house but before I could get to the front door he had driven off- literally only 1 minute He then drove up the road and went down the next turning- I ran up the road , saw him coming out of the turning then despite me waving and being only 10 yards away from me, he drove off out of my road I had to ring another firm- chipping sodbury taxis- such a difference, she was there in 5 mins and got me to hospital on time- my first call taxi company from now on! I will never use Premier again and have advised other people not to- they made an already stressful day 100 times worse- no phone call , nothing
Asked for a taxi, line was very bad so couldn't hear the guy speak. Incredibly rude and then hung up on me. When i called back to enquire about the taxi, he was very abrupt and had no customer service skills at all.
