The driver asks if you’re comfortable, if the temperature of the car is okay. There are bottles of water in the car for your comfort. The car is clean.

You receive a confirmation email. Before your ride, you will receive a text message informing you of the drivers name and number, where you can contact him if you need to. I just honestly cannot fault it, it’s amazing.
