Booked on Thursday for the following Wednesday morning & told him it was to take me to my mothers house for my father’s funeral. He told me he would call me to confirm the driver on the Tuesday. I called him at 6-30 pm (as I hadn’t heard from him) on the Tuesday but he didn’t answer so I left a message asking him to call me back, but he didn’t. Very UNPROFESSIONAL & could have left me unable to attend my father’s funeral. Luckily I was able to find a reputable company who could help. You are a LIAR, you told me you would ring to confirm the driver on Tuesday. You never mentioned Wednesday morning. Be a man and don’t lie!
Excellent service from Barry. He is a truely professional driver and strives to give you the best experience. He always arrives on time and always prices fairly for his journeys. His vehicle is immaculate and very well kept. We had a great first time experience with him in October 2022. We needed an early morning lift to Bristol Airport - Barry was great! The driver of this company verbally assaulted one of our employees and then proceeded to drive his taxi at said employee, when asked why he was so aggressive. Very unprofessional driver and not very nice human being, fortunately our employee wasn't harmed. Avoid this company as the driver is not safe to be driving in this capacity....
