    Slightly disappointed, booked a 6 person vehicle for an airport run and had very limited storage and had to travel with bags on laps. Got dropped off in wrong area which meant we were at wrong area today for our collection. Today’s driver was fine although got charged £143.00 when I was quoted 90 something.

    I don’t normally use taxis a lot these days. But I’ve needed to use one twice in the last week. Both times excellent drivers, great value, and perfect trip. Highly recommend this company as I have never had a bad experience in the last few years. Well done!

    Used them a few times recently, really can't fault them at all. Reliable and friendly drivers. Decent fares. Had to stop off on the way back from Southmead to pick up a prescription for mum. It wasn't any bother for the driver. Thank you

    I used to use this service 4-5 days a week for a ride to work that was affordable. Since then (2/3 months ago). The service has gotten drastically worse. For example, this week alone I’ve booked 3 taxis already early in advance, None of them arrived on time and no one called to inform me either, the price has gone from £6/7 a trip to £11-13 a trip now. To make matters worse, one of the last rides I got from Vezzu I had a driver try to immediately cancel my ride as soon as they arrived “saying that I was late and not there for pickup”. Which was all false, this company needs to shut down if they can’t get rides for people who are trying to work. I will NOT be using them ever again, you have now lost a once loyal customer.

    The driver did not have our destination address. He was worried that our luggage was heavy, even though I had told the operator when booking that we had two very large, heavy bags. He was an excellent driver. Got us to our destination in another city on time. However he was unaware that we were to pay a flat fee. Instead we were on a meter and paid quite a bit above what we were quoted. I would say that communications and expectations between HQ and drivers aren’t as fine tuned as they could be. Otherwise you were great, driver arrived a little early, was a good driver and was very pleasant.

    Very prompt & efficient. Polite & helpful driver. Automated service is a minor irritation. Booking is easy but no option to enter destination, get estimate of cost, or book a return journey. There is an option to press 0 for operator but I found this took several attempts to get system to work. However the operators are very helpful when you get through. Haven’t tried the app. Would recommend on current experience.

    Beyond a joke. Such a faff to book, error on app, auto booking line couldn't understand the address, got a text telling me to call back and press 0 to speak to someone. They were very nice and helpful to be fair. Midnight at a wedding venue in middle of nowhere I've had no form of confirmation and start to worry. Get a call to say it's on it's way, be there in 12 minutes. Bit late but fine. Then I get a text, it's "busy in my area" and it'll be late. A while later I called back the number to be told it would be FORTY TWO MINUTES late. It was freezing cold, raining and the party had long finished. It is not busy in my area; there isn't a bloody car for miles, they just clearly never allocated a car to my booking, aka the one and only thing they had been asked to do. Cancelled it and got a Bolt. Knew the identity of the driver and the reg before arrival, knew exactly when it would get there, and it was £6 cheaper. No wonder taxi companies are dying. Will never bother trying to use them again

    Ordered a taxi for my wife - stated that she was travelling alone - she needed pick up at 0800 to make it to work on time. I made the booking with V Cars - the pick up post code in Avonmouth was clear and was accepted in the booking. I received a call from the driver at 0820 on the day saying that he couldn’t find the address. After advising him, he finally picked up my wife 40 minutes late. My wife was very worried and felt vulnerable during the delay. When I complained to the operator she was unapologetic and told me to fill in the feedback form (diverting me away). The booking experience was good. Its a shame that everything else about V Cars was really not great at all. If you want a seamless booking experience then use V Cars. If you actually want a lift on time and decent service then think again. I will not use V Cars again and I recommend that you don’t either.

    Reasonable price taxis to the airport when you can get one. Booked a taxis out and it arrived on time, and the driver was friendly. Booked a taxis back and no driver was assigned, we were left waiting 40 minutes well the app said it was trying to find a driver. Had to cancel and use someone else. If they can't guarantee a driver they shouldn't confirm the booking.
