   Prebooked and paid for a taxi the day before which did not turn up. Despite several conversations was just told that they were trying to find a driver - given I had prebooked I expected that they would have planned the pick up not just look around for someone at the time

   Both drivers were great & on time. Was charged twice (£70) by the app and have no way of contacting the company itself. Only reason I have written the review is because of this.

   Booked a taxi with Veezu Bath. Waited 25 minutes for our booked taxi. It didn’t show up so we called, only to be told they couldn’t find a driver. We were now going to miss our dinner reservation so canceled the taxi and legged it instead. Not impressed.

   Excellent service from the Bath branch. Have been using it to get my Mother who lives in a rural area to GP appointments. The real time location and messaging are really useful. One star off only because there is something wrong with the app currently so I can’t use it and have to phone up. Pricing seems competitive too.

   Great service and price! Booked a day in advance for an appointment which was super easy to do via phone. Spoke with Terri who was lovely. Driver arrived a couple of minutes early and was friendly. The car was clean and tidy. Arrived safe and sound with no stress and great price. Thank you.

   Driver was rude! And didn't want me to use card reader instead wanted me to use text message and said card reader wasn't working, tried using text message but wasn't working he was persistent on using that method, I said I'm now late for my appointment and need to go he then used the card reader with no issues!!. The app chargers you £2 more then the card reader which is likely why he pretended the card reader wasn't working! And I was late for my appointment after all that faffing! I'd recommend using the card reader as chargers less!

   Against my better judgement given other people’s experiences I booked a cab to get to train station. I was told by the call centre to make sure I booked a cab a whole hour before my train (it’s a 15 min journey) in case there were delays. So I did. And waited 25 minutes in the cold being first told he was 2 minutes away, then received a text saying traffic was heavy so they were “looking for a driver”, then that he was completing a drop off, and eventually a rather surly driver arrived. We didn’t miss our train to be fair. But I got charged online twice. Once - nearly £9. Then a second £1.07 charge which I will query. In future I will walk to station no matter how many bags I have. Surely Bath can do better than this.

   Driver arrived promptly within 10 minutes of ordering a taxi. Very comfortable car and swift and pleasant journey from Bath back home to Bristol. Friendly and polite driver who knew his way around. Highly recommended.
