We had the best service yesterday when we booked to take my 89 year old Mum to whitehall Garden Centre. Such a friendy couple and made sure that my Mum was comfortable and reassured her and aske if she was ok throughout out journey. Will be definitely using access2travel in the future.
Fantastic service really looked after my 92 year old disabled father in law and his 87 year old partner. They arrived on time to collect them from my daughter’s wedding Kate was extremely friendly putting them at ease. She escorted them into there flat made sure they were settled and txed me to let me know they were home safe. Highly recommend this company 5 + stars
Kate and Jeff are the loveliest taxi service you will ever meet. On time reliable and will help if you if your not in good physical state. But most of all it is like having your own private viewing of a comedy show, especially if you ride with Kate! Fully recommend them!
Absolutely fantastic service from two of the loveliest people! Nothing was too much trouble for Jeff and Kate, even though Jeff was kept waiting because of a mixup on our side of things and we had to get Kate to make a stop on the way back! Can't rate them highly enough! 5 stars doesn't do them justice, they deserve loads more!
I have used this lovely couples taxis on a number of occasions for hospital appointments. Yesterday Kate took me to my brother in law’s funeral she made a difficult day so much easier. Jeff and Kate are always reliable and punctual, can’t recommend them highly enough.
Can't praise them highly enough! After a disastrous morning with the car and the buses, Jeff came to the rescue and got me to work on time. Like a muppet I left my phone in the taxi, but Jeff went above and beyond to keep it safe and track me down.

I used Access2travel to transport my disabled father & 2 guests to my son's wedding, 30 miles away. The service was exemplary. From booking to confirming and then the actual journeys. Jeff took great care of them throughout, bringing them into the venue and collecting from inside. On returning home, they needed help accessing their property which Jeff did expertly. We recently had to take my elderly and disabled father to a funeral the other side of Bristol. I phoned up Access 2 Travel the afternoon before and spoke with Kate who could not be more obliging/accommodating. As part of service they waited while we attend the Funeral.
