   I have often booked Express Taxis for regular trips I’ve needed to make. I can honesty say that Richard is one of the best taxi drivers I have ever known. He is always punctual and reliable and you feel in completely safe hands. He is trustworthy and friendly and will do anything he can to help make the journey pleasant. You couldn’t ask for better 5-star service!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

   Richard provided 2 days of excellent, prompt, informative, comfortable taxi rides for us for our recent Cotswold stay. Richard gets our highest recommendation! I kept changing our times in the mornings and he was extremely accommodating. Our last day in the UK, Richard took us to Kemble train station so that we could get to Heathrow for a return flight to the US, which had been changed. All of the trains were cancelled and we were going to miss our flight. As I was texting Richard for suggestions, he appeared on the platform and said he would drive us to Heathrow! A true gentlemen and what a kindness! It was a supremely comfortable ride in his beautiful car and he took a little scenic route. He carried our luggage on all these trips, which we appreciated. We made our flight with plenty of time to spare. We will definitely contact Richard on our return UK trip.

   I made a booking a week ago with Express taxis to Kemble station and return. Richard confirmed both bookings. However the evening before we were due to leave he emailed to say he was cancelling the return from Kemble station. No explanation why, no apology and no suggestion of an alternative. I emailed him for an explanation but no response. If you want to deal with an honest, reliable taxi service I recommend you look elsewhere. After this review, Richard contacted me and claimed he had made a mistake and double booked, was looking for someone else to pick me up and was going to offer me a complimentary trip to the station. Of course none of this was in his original email which simply said he was suddenly "unavailable" with no other explanation, apology or offer to help. Pathetic.

   My friend and I planned a trip to the Cotswolds this month (May 2019) and we wanted a car service that not only would drive us to our scheduled points of interest but also remain flexible with our agenda.. given we were not familiar with the area and did not want to miss out on all its beauty and history. Hiring Richard with Express Taxi was by far the best decision I could have made. He was always on time, drives a beautiful, clean, and comfortable car and most importantly, he was always kind and professional. Richard was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and actually helped us sort out our itinerary to accommodate our personal interest and needs. I can not imagine our trip being any better and so much of it’s success is because I hired Richard. He really helped personalizes our time in the Cotswolds resulting in a very special and memeorable trip. I can not reiterate how grateful I am for Richard’s driving expertise and knowledge of the area. I truly believe we left with a new friend after spending 3 days with Richard and I really hope our paths will cross again. Thank you Richard for all your help!! We had an awesome time!!

   What an superb service. We arranged at ride from Bristol Airport to Westonbirt. Richard was exactly on time, super friendly and extremely flexible. He even told us some touristic info about the area. Richard is friendly and has a great sense of humour. If I will visit the area again, Express Taxi of Tetbury is the first I will call for a drive.
