   Well…. How the bloke just spoke to me on the phone won’t ever be using them again.. started shouting after wanting to book 2 TAXIS.. probably £50 worth.. he made up loads of excuses on he would only do both ways. (We don’t need both ways) I said “oh mate don’t worry seems a lot of hassle just too book a taxi” Screaming I don’t want your money anyway.. well hanham cabs let me tell you something about business.. you need the money because you have a company, speaking to people in that manner won’t win you cab of the year with a little gold star .. AWFUL.

   I cannot begin to expres my gratitude to this firm I was left in the lurch by Uber for a vets appointment and they came in a great time, drove me there and were able to drive me back as I left my bag in the back of the car so they hung around for me til I was done I will be reccomending them to everyone in the area and will exclusively use them for taxis from now on Great price, great drivers and so reliable and caring -

   This company really let me down for a group booking that was made in advance from Kingwood to Bristol city centre. The woman on the phone was so rude also, even though it wasn't their mistake. In the end I had to use v-cars, who were fabulous.

   Booked in advance a trip from Rangeworthy to Oldland Common. Clarified that sat nav takes you past the address and gave my mobile number in case of problems. Just didn’t turn up! No contact, no excuses! Got an Uber- fab service! Will never use Hanham taxis again
