We ordered a taxi from here and he turned up early and was a lovely man, who couldn't help us enough. Highly recommend
absolutely disgusting taxi service!! called for a taxi and proceeded to go to the wrong address and accused me of telling him a different place (i’m from up north and had no idea of where i was other than the venue we were at). The driver then called me and advised me the road was closed (we were stood on the exact road and was not closed). I stated that was fine however could i have their complaints procedure. I was then accused of threatening me and swore and put the phone down! absolutely vile would never recommend this taxi service!
Incredibly patient (waited past midnight for our delayed train!!) and still very kind and polite. Very communicative which was so helpful, and very accommodating during the drive. Felt very safe and comfortable. Would 100% use again and would recommend to friends
What a reliable, friendly service. My long distance taxi ride was good value in great company. Mubarak the driver was interesting and interested. We shared a little philosophising and a laugh. He even bought me a coffee at the service station! Really happy to tip well and I will definitely use Rapid Taxi again. Oh I should say the car was exceptionally clean and Mubarak's driving was right on point. I felt safe.
Recently, I have used Rapid taxi for Airport pick up. They are very professional about time management. Friendly behaviour, spacious and clean car added extra value on my journey. I recommend their service.
