   Never normally write reviews but this taxi was awful , unprofessional service when I called , and he purposely took a longer route , an extra 7 mins making me late , cost £17.50 for a 18min drive !!!! Was an okay car , ridiculous , on my way home ordered from a different company (v cars) and came to £11 , they took the quicker route and had a nicer cleaner vehicle, go to them instead !

   I booked the cab one day in advance and everything was perfect. Very friendly staff, totally reliable on timing, the driver helped us with all the luggage, indeed very good service! I recommend it!

   THIEVES!! THE DRIVER STOLE MY STUFF. It's a scummy little backstreet taxi company I've been using for years but I'll never do so again. I left my handbag in the taxi on the way to the airport. The driver had an evil vibe and never looked at us or spoke to us the whole trip which creeped me out from the start. Once I arrived at the airport and he'd driven off I realised I'd left my handbag. I gave them a call straight away and they called the driver who said he had the bag and would drop it to the taxi office so I could collect it when I got back. It was too late to go back for it immediately as I had a flight to catch. I knew the driver wouldn't have had time for another fare so I thought it would be fine and I'd get it back. Taxi drivers are usually honest right?! When I arrived back in Bristol and went to collect the bag, it had been emptied of all valuables, inc my phone and kindle. When I complained that my bag was empty, the manager became extremely aggressive backed the driver, slammed the window shut in my face and basically told me to f**k off and go to the police (which I did). So either the driver or the manager stole the valuable stuff and handed me an empty bag. These are the kind of drivers that will let burglars know you're away when they collect you so be very careful.

   They arrived 25 minutes late, which given we ordered the taxi at 11.30pm on a Tuesday they can't have been delayed by traffic. When the driver finally arrived at 12.15 they hardly said a word, let alone an apology and both picking up and dropping off didn't offer to help with our suitcases. We also felt that the driver was trying to hint we should give him a tip, which of course we weren't after such a disappointing service!
