Quoted 60 then on collection charged 90 and working cash only.An extremely dodgy out fit avoid at all costs. Been reported to trading standards and HMRC.
Agreed a price days in advance and then it was upped by 30% 20 minutes before pick up. Queried why and they told me to get a different pick up and it was cancelled. Genuine rip off tactic so please be aware of this tactic when booking!! UBER saved the day at less money and no scam attempt. My advice would be to not trust this firm.
Ordered a taxi which they didn’t have enough staff for - they ordered an Uber and tried to charge me double the uber fee and make me pay before the uber had arrived!
This outfit is an unreliable joke. Jaguar Landrover booked them to collect my wife at 9.30. They said they turned up ay 10.40 and no one was there. (It is a staffed reception with glass frontage) Imo dishonest & unreliable Use someone else.
Can't comment on service as was unable to get through to them. Phoned 15 times spread over 2 hours in the middle of the day and every time got message saying "sorry on phone please try again"

Absolutely appealing driving by one of their drivers today. Pulled out on me twice, at speed with minimal space between me and them. This evening he then proceeded to follow my so closely my passengers couldn't see his headlights when I complained. I was forced to pull over for him to pass, scared me and my passenger and he drove so fast in residential area I was worried he wouldn't of been able to stop if anyone walked out in his path. Horrendous. Middle aged male 10/12/2021 working between 2-6pm.
Great service. Lovely chap. My wife left her phone in the taxi and he brought it back to us later that evening. Thank you very much. You have a new loyal customer here, every time we need a taxi we'll be phoning you.
An utter waste of human space! I was given their number on the basis of them being reliable, but was completely let down by the woman I spoke to on the phone, as after me being polite, she said "Well, I can't when I'm busy, can I?", as if I'm stupid???!!! In my opinion, she needs a lot more training in humanity and people skills. It's a good job I'm not a brain surgeon.
