Good experience when we needed to return home before our bus was due to pick up. Good price, nice to be kept informed. Though I don’t think the car or reg matched the text. Nice driver. Clean car. Would use again.
Really bad service. Prebooked and paid for a cab to collect at night. Had a notification to say the driver was 3 minutes away. Stood outside waiting for someone to show and no cab. After speaking to the office they said they are very busy. An hour later still no cab. We had another booking for single woman who was also left out on the road waiting. No cars turned up at all. We ended up using Uber. Veezuu are not reliable and I recommend you use anyone but them.
Taxi arrived within 3 minutes and a very interesting and talkative driver. We discussed current Palestine/Gaza/Israel situation and I learnt a lot from him. Very enjoyable 20 minute journey
Arrived a bit early from schedule so we were a little rushed but car clean and driver Paul excellent! I tried to tip but the app on an iPhone had the confirm button so low it wasn’t possible. I would have tipped positively, app for phone needs adjusting.
Arrived 22 minutes late for an early morning pickup that I had booked the previous evening. I called to follow up and I was told that I should book an hour in advance to avoid disappointment! As a consequence I was late for my prebooked train and onward journey. Complete lack of empathy, zero customer focus, avoid.
Absolutely diabolic! A elderly couple patients in front of me were waiting for a taxi for more than 2 hours. I had waited for half an hour taxi still not arrived. Called them they brushed it under the carpet. I eventually discovered that during peak times, they only given priority to customers who wave there hands and give cash in hand as the booked customers get put at the back of the queue. Booked customers taxi drivers only get a small percentage earning and also the firm know that as its pre-booked and are guaranteed earnings. Council cannot catch them as they don't know which drivers are doing this. Alot of them are! Zoom TAXI are 100% reliable. Would definitely recommend
The car arrived almost immediately after my phone call. I explained to the driver that I needed to go home, pick something up and return to the pick-up point and I was in a hurry. He understood the urgency, drove impeccably and safely throughout, was polite, friendly and helpful. Fantastic service.
Booked V Cars at 7pm for a 9.15pm pick up in Bath. Since they’ve been bought by a Welsh firm the standards have dropped beyond belief. They don’t turn up, increase prices when busy and only select the highest fares so if you want a short journey, late at night, forget it. Very dangerous if you’re single trying to get home.
Excellent taxi firm. Fast response. Automated system if you have used them before. I feel they need to "text to confirm" after an automated booking. Otherwise VERY good!
