   I’m actually very upset with this company and taxi driver . As this is an appointed School Transport for my sends Child. I cancelled the School Taxi the day before by text like I always do to inform them that she would be at school until 4 pm now my daughter messages me to tell me that she is outside the house 8 miles away from the school. Obviously, I am not home because I have arranged to collect her from school myself so I get to the school to find out she’s already been taken home an authorised which means she won’t be insured to be in the car plus I am not at home and my daughter I had to stand outside for an hour and a half waiting for me to get back. What I can’t understand is how irresponsible the company is to let the taxi driver drop her off. I have a ring doorbell to show that he has just driven off not even waited to see if anyone answered the door and left her there. Anything could’ve happened in that 90 minutes. I ring up to complain to the taxi company to be told by the person on the other end of the phone that he cannot read right and I need to complain to Bath city Council anyone do not leave your children with this company as they are irresponsible and do not take responsibility for their actions. We are an autistic family and do not appreciate anyone treating their children like this. It’s disgusting anything could’ve happened to my child in that time no apology no phone call from the taxi driver to even tell me that he had my child in the car. I only found out when she messaged me that she was already outside the house waiting for me and where was I?

   Excellent service. Definitely use them again. Was let down a couple of days before my aunt’s hospital appointment. So I emailed a few taxi company’s that evening requesting wheelchair access for the following day. I was then contact by email from AFC taxi saying that they could do it. We were very pleased with how fast they responded. I also asked if it was possible to Collect us after my aunts appointment was complete. They said to call them as soon as her appointment was over. I rang and they sent the taxi straight away. . Other Taxi companies didn’t even bother to respond to my email. Obviously won’t ever contact them again

   Excellent service, so pleased their taxis are able to take my Mum in her wheelchair, safe and secure, so she doesn't have to go through the stress of climbing and out of a car. Very caring and helpful drivers, will use them again.

   The whole process from enquiry to the end result was great. The company was very professional and assured us that we would be picked up on time and as our destination was for a wedding we would definitely be there in plenty of time. The fare was very reasonable and we were able to arrange the same driver for our return journey later the same evening. The driver even left us his phone number in case we needed to leave earlier. Cannot praise this firm highly enough. Many thanks!

   The gentleman that picks myself an my children up quite regularly is so helpful an kind. They are reasonable fairs they have great customer service in the office on phone, the lady will help you work out where you are if you don't know. Which is me haha

   I booked AFC taxis for my disabled mother to be able to travel to my wedding from her Accomodation. She travelled with my dad and a friend and they said that AFC were amazing! Prompt, on time, helpful in assisting my mother in and out of the taxi and just so friendly and professional! Highly recommended!!

   We used this taxi company for four visits to hospital recently. Both drivers were very extremely helpful and both my husband and I felt that all Covid-19 procedures were being carried out properly. Shall continue to use this company and would definitely recommend them
