I pre-booked a taxi from Cabby's a week in advance. They turned up early, Paul was very friendly and chatty. I will definitely use Cabby's again.
So, lovely weekend of weather and plenty to do. Contacted Cabbys at 0930 ish for a taxi at 1150hrs. I did say that please do not be late and I am happy if the driver comes earlier, of which the operator stated no problem at all. I did also say if this is an issue I have time to book via another company but was assured a taxi would be with me by 1150hrs. I tried to call at 1150hrs as no taxi turned up and was unable to speak to someone until 1200hrs. I was informed by a new operator saying the taxi should but on his way but could not confirm one had even been designated. I can't say anything more that ill never use this company again, how hard is it to schedule taxi'is throughout the day. If you are unable to meet a time you should contact the customer to confirm that, its customer relationships. Not my day has been put back and I have missed my train. My daughter is really upset as she has now missed the start of her event in Bath.
Cabby's were fantastic when I needed a taxi to a wedding on Sat 22nd July.I had every confidence the taxi would arrive - and arrive on time !Got regular texts to confirm bk,that the car was on it's way.I can't praise Cabby's enough,Adam was our driver on the day, he was friendly and polite. Several calls came in on our journey and he was helpful and accommodating to the callers.A first class service!
