    Unreliable. Had to constantly ring as driver didn't appear for 6am pick up to airport. Quoted price of 29 pounds suddenly changed to 38. Won't touch them with a barge pole now.

    Yesterday I asked for a quote to get a taxi from the Premier Inn (Haymarket) to Bristol airport and they told me it would be 30 pounds. Today in the morning I took the taxi and the first thing the driver tells me is that his card payment device is not working. This meant that I had to take money out. I live in Berlin so taking the cash out cost me 4 pounds extra. Then the driver leaves me in a roundabout 5 minutes from the airport saying that he did not want to charge me 5 extra pounds from the airport gate. This is ridiculous. I asked to get a quote to get to the airport and now I was left to have to walk 5 minutes because the driver did not want to spend the 5 pounds that he was supposed to expend. What a rip off!!!

    Don't use this service. They were more than twenty minutes late for our pre-scheduled airport ride. Operator kept lying on the phone that the driver was 2mins away. the price was a total rip-off in my opinion.

    Avoid at all costs! I've used this company for quite a while before reaching a limit on being messed around. When a receipt was requested the driver didnt have receipts to hand, I had to call several days later to organise it because the person who does them wasnt in the office, all for a simple receipt. Even then the details were incorrect leading me to have to request the correct details on the receipt for me to use it to claim the money back. This last occasion is the final straw. Ordered a taxi to be told it will be 15mins, never received a tracking text message. Spoke to the operator who said it is 5mins away, then the text came through and the driver was nowhere near where the operator told me he was. As a lone woman at night waiting in a risky area of town I was deeply disappointed at the disregard with which the company handled the situation. Much better companies around to use or take an uber!

    I use this firm regularly to travel to Bristol Parkway in the morning at 6/7am. Most of the time the service is great but it’s unfortunate there are times like this morning where drivers think it’s ok to show up 20 minute after booking time without informing you and with no apology from the driver. This was after the operator asked me what time train I had booked when I made my booking the night before. This level of service is not acceptable so I wouldn’t recommend using these guys if you have a train to catch! This mornings experience will make me reconsider what taxi firm I use in the future
