   Tried to overcharge. Turned off the taxi meter. I decided to stop the ride 4-5 minutes after it started and still overcharged for that time. I called an Uber got to my place in a few minutes and the Uber+ the overcharge was 10 pounds less than keeping on the initial taxi cab. He was also very rude after I decided to stop and politely let him know.

   GREY BMW 5 SERIES reg AK71OHE. Driver with very bad attitiude, constantly on the phone whilst driving me and my 3 children, it's just asking for a crush. Also Very unprofessional talking about customers on loud speaker. We are the reason you make money so please be respectful and dont talk nastily about us.

   Absolutely awful experience with this taxi company. When the driver showed up he accused me of not making the booking with his firm, demanding I tell him what number I called, saying that's not our number (all this despite the fact he showed up at my house at the right time, knew my name and the correct destination ). He was incredibly rude and aggressive towards myself and my friend. If you are a lone female I would avoid these people like the plague, absolutely awful would never use again.

   One of the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Called their phone number to confirm car availability and required size given my required date and special type of luggages, for the very rude attendant to just sigh deeply and hang up when I express the need to clarify the information. If this service reflects on the taxi reliability I would avoid at all costs.

   Shocking!!!!!!!!!!! booked this for a 80 year old lady outside Bristol airport , was told the driver would turn up once in the drop off zone , 2 mins later advised that there was an issue with a car ??? Then told they would send another driver ???did not turn up very poor communication. NOT HAPPY

   Very abusive diver, told me to leave even tho I spent 15 mins waiting for him to arrive. Told me it was cash only even though it says cards are accepted. He threaten to beat me up as I walked away. Please never get a taxi from this place

   Needed a taxi on a Friday night (14.10.22) from Bristol to Gloucester, due to plane and train delays and cancellations. AA Taxis could not have been more helpful - they responded quickly to my initial email query, and were very understanding when I had to phone to push the collection time back at least twice! The driver was absolutely wonderful, really pleasant drive and arrived safely back home. Would definitely use this company again.

   Booked a 2 way journey a week in advance. Driver turned up 15 min late and tried making conversation and in appropriate jokes. On the return journey for 11:30pm booking in the countryside the driver never turned up. Had to phone the company and they told us we had cancelled which was not the case. And that it would be a 2 hour wait for a driver. Terrible company. Will not use again

   Excellent customer service. I had to arrange a corporate booking with multiple last minute changes. The phone is answered promptly (no waiting on hold and being bounced from department to department like some Taxi firms in Bristol). The person on the phone was very professional and understanding about the changes. Thank you for making what could have been a right pain such smooth sailing!
