Fantastic service from Mega Taxi Trowbridge on Christmas Day. They picked up my parents exactly as arranged, with clear communication throughout. The car was clean and comfortable, and the driver was friendly and professional. Reliable, well organised, and genuinely reassuring, especially on a holiday. Highly recommend.
Rude driver last time was telling me to hurry up because he is in rush as next people waiting. Useless service booked in advance for probably a month so If you want to book a taxi now it’s impossible thing.

I asked for a taxi from my home to a nursery which is not far but I have bad legs. He said so you want a taxi for just 200 yard yh so rude
Reliability???? They took our booking for New Years Eve/day. Checked pick up with post code in BoA with them. They didn't turn up!!! Called several times after 30 minutes and they denied the booking!! So disappointed. Earlier in the week had used them and they were spot on.... Would have liked to support a new business more, but this is not one for us to use again. A non drinking friend kindly drove us home but a long way out of her way.......
Don't use this business. If I could give zero I would. I needed an emergency taxi, booked it two hours in advance and was sent a confirmation email. The taxi never showed. I rang the company number multiple times and no one answered the phone. Don't use this company if you need reliability.
