Went for a blood test this morning. Incredible service by the Nurse who took my bloods Henna. Made me feel at ease, comfortable and painless. Very impressed overall.
The entire staff at the surgery goes above and beyond when it comes to patient care. The receptionists are also friendly and helpful. They always help and make appointments without asking unnecessary questions.
Me and my family have been with The Family Practice for years. We have always received the best medical care from all the doctors and nurses. I would like to mention a few names. Dr J Rehman has provided excellent advice, care and support and has been very professional in his work. Nurse Raheena is always very welcoming and caring and makes you feel at ease and relaxed at any medical checkups. A special thank you to Naila, Mehvish and Inam. They are so kind, friendly and helpful. And always efficient in their work. I have always had excellent responses while interacting with them and they have dealt with my queries effectively with positive and good communication. I would definitely recommend this surgery to others and I am very happy with the excellent care and support I receive. Thank you once again to everyone it is much appreciated.
Throughout the time I have been with The Family Practice, Naila has shown great kindness and compassion. She has always been someone I can rely on whenever faced with any difficulty. It is always nice to go into the Practice and be greeted with a smiling face. Naila is a warm and bubbly character and The family Practice need more of her!
The surgery has improved a lot, mehvish an naila from the front desk are really nice, sympathetic and really go above and beyond. Dr. Ajmal is also really nice, he listens and reassures you as a patient I’m really happy with the surgery at the moment.
The way their staff talk to patients is wholly unacceptable its like they have never been taught simple etiquettes. I have had issues in the past with them lying and trying to pass the buck on to others for mistakes but this is the last straw. I will be moving myself and my family away from this surgery. If there were the worst surgery awards out there these guys would probably get nominated every year. P.S THOSE WANTING TO LEAVE REVIEWS LEAVE THEM ON THE NHS website when you search for GP practices, only then will the managers/ GP's here pay attention.
I had traveled from Bolton so as to have a 4cm cyst removed from the top of my head and found the staff and service to be excellent. It has been over a week now and everything has been great with a very neat result. I hope to never need go back though should I need to I would and highly recommend The family Practice to all.
Very poor service indeed. No one picks up the phone and there is no way to get in touch other than that. They have poor sop and contingencies. The individuals on the phone will actively lie e.g my mother wanted to see a female doctor and was told there's none in today so she opted to see a doctor but when she went in there was one present and when she questioned her she got no response. I have thought about moving my family to another surgery but as my child is very young it's easier for my wife cause of how close it is to my house otherwise I would definitely leave.
