Called using their appointments line, I selected a callback. I kept an eye on the callback queue link, once it got to my turn, it said “no callback requested” and obviously never received the callback. I then called on the normal line TWICE, got to caller two on both occasions before the line cut. I called a third time, sort of lucky I got through. I was told there was no appointments, even after explaining that 111 told me I needed to be seen within 24 hours. I was told to fill out an online form on PATCH, the result was “urgent - contact GP”. I haven’t contacted the GP, because I’ll just get told something else and end up going round in circles. I’ve only just registered, I’m already regretting it. Avoid if you can.

Would give it zero if I could. Absolutely no empathy or concern shown when ringing in, internally get mixed messages and then they deflect away. Similar comments on here from others and getting worse by the looks of it. Someone really needs to look at their processes in house as to how bad the level of service has become. Will be personally escalating this via relevant bodies as unacceptable behavior. Unbelievable that they are dealing with potentially vulnerable people in this manner.

Janice is the one who chased me up for my tests. If she hadn’t done so in time, I wouldn’t have made it. She’s always helpful, understands patients’ needs, and guides them in the best way. I strongly believe that if she weren’t working at this surgery, it would have closed a long time ago. A big applause for Janice! x

PLEASE KEEP FAR AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!! A worst surgery I have ever come accross in my entire life. It's a shame as once upon a time when Dr Khan intially opened this surgery I think in the 90s it used to be a brilliant surgery, with good doctors & a caring approach, what happened later I have no idea. You will have to fight for an appointment now, few doctors will just rush or fob you off as they have a tight schedule allowing only few mins per appointment if that. All the good doctors have left the surgery, I don't blame them tbh. The receptionists are totally unprofessional. I am surprised a surgery like this can run in UK without being taken down?? Anyways after battling with them for many years I have made a decission & moved onto a better surgery. Now I think to myself there's way better surgeries out there & I was so silly to have stayed here for all them years. Avoid at any cost.

Horrendous so called GP practice. Never answer calls in the morning. When doctors call back they miss call you so they dot have to talk to you. THE BEST THING TO DO IS CONTACT NHS ENGLAND AND COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS SURGERY

I recently had a bad experience with the most arrogant receptionist, she expected me to know the name of my medicine even though it was issued for the first time. The receptionist replied in a miserable way, literally shouted over the phone saying “do not speak to me like this” while my simple reply was that plz ask your gp about the name as I wouldn’t know it. I ended up changing the surgery, they have a great team of GP’s but the staffs horrible. Feel sorry for the ones who has to deal with that short tempered receptionist.

Had come in for an interview today at 3:00pm, arrived earlier like I would for any interview was made to wait 35 minutes and was given the excuse by the receptionist that the manager or whoever it was taking the interviews is currently busy with another interview. I still waited until the girl getting interviewed left the medical centre, was made to wait another 10 minutes. After a total of 45minutes, I was then asked my name. Everyone in the reception found it amusing when I was told to wait. This was so unprofessional and stupid of the centre to give an interview time and be 45minutes late. Pattern up and sort yourselves out.

They don't pay attention to anything you say , they have their answer already prepared. The general impression is they don't seem to understand what their roles are. They don't wear badges too. They are rude and they have no patience. They assume general things with no relevance to your particular situation. It's like listening to someone reading medical and lifestyle advice on Google. They say come back, if it gets worse. I really would like to understand what's their concept of "getting worse" !? If they treat the issue before getting worse, maybe the NHS would not be so overwhelmed. They seem bothered when you ask for an appointment too. Let me be a clear about one thing. I pay my national insurance contributions that also go to the NHS! Not the vice versa! It's my right to see a doctor, if I don't feel well! I have been living in different cities in England from the North to the South and in different European countries, but this is by far the worst experience I ever had with a GP or with a similar institution. I am quite gutted! Not to mention their phone line! A nightmare! Totally avoid it, if you can!
