Pre-booked with them twice now, both times they didn’t show up and had to cancel to get other taxis. One taxi was pre-booked 5 days in advanced, very disappointing.

Can't give zero stars. Left a vulnerable adult waiting an hour outside after explaining to operator, when booking, the situation and asking for an honest pick up time. She said she understood and could do it. Will never use again. Driver was very apologetic but confirmed he had been assigned last minute once i had chased/complained. They never had any intention of meeting the request i made. Awful service.
Booked taxi in advance for midnight - to take us back to our accommodation. Taxi did not turn up. Called office - and was told that all taxi’s were in service and that I would be called back. Received a call which was just static. Called office again and was told that the booking had been cancelled by the dispatch team. Had to walk over an hour on country lanes to get home. Deeply unhappy with customer service - would avoid at all cost.
Very quick and efficient, easy automated booking, easy automated update on eta and location of vehicle while en route with confirmation of pick up point, text message with vehicle make, colour and registration. Easy online payment once registered for air pay, cash and card available if needed. Well presented.
Booked in advance to be picked up to work at 7.30 from home. Waiting 40 minutes for a taxi. Rang them twice in the meantime to double check if taxi was coming, they assured me taxi is 5 minutes away from me. The taxi never came. I had to walk 40 minutes to work in rain and snow. THE WORST TAXI COMPANY EVER! They don’t care about customers. People, never book a taxi with them. VEEZU CHIPPENHAM OWNER- don’t dare leaving any poor excuse comment here- I don’t care!!!!!!
Shockingly bad service. We booked a people carrier (for 5 people) and were told it would either be that or two cars and only one car turned up (half an hour late). 3 of us went in this car leaving the other 2 for the next car. Over half an hour later a second car picked them up despite the first driver saying he would go back for them (10 mins away from the restaurant) and there was no discount or apology or anything. Dreadful customer service and so expensive for what you’re (not) getting. It’s so frustrating because you’re limited in choice, especially with more than 4 people, and you put your faith in businesses to provide the service they offer. It spoils your evening and you’ve got no recourse at all. I would never recommend this company.
Total joke of a company. Taxi was prebooked for a pickup time 3 days in advance and they decided to book a driver after the agreed time leaving us standing in the rain. Staff working hard but clearly management have no interest in customers. V cars you are a disgrace, save your money and book with anybody else, literally anybody else!
I struggled through their awful telephone booking system and booked for an early morning ride to my holiday pick-up point. But apparently “booked” doesn’t actually mean “booked” at all, it just means “we’ll try and find someone when the time comes”. When they couldn’t they phoned to cancel my "booking" with just ten minutes notice! Almost cost me my entire holiday. I cannot trust them and would never use them again. I suggest you shouldn't either -- there are many stories here just like mine.
