We booked a return taxi with Carol’s Cabs in the evening to go for a meal, and the service was excellent. The taxi turned up right on time, Carol was polite, friendly and chatty, and the whole journey was really pleasant. Reliable and welcoming – definitely our go-to taxi service in Melksham from now on!
Company seems to hire people like hellen keller to drive their cars. What kind of ridiculous parking job is this? Wide angle makes the gap seem far bigger, could barely fit a wheelchair through.

This was my first time of using Carols Cabs or any taxi to Bristol airport. Matthew picked me up before dawn and was early (so no need for me to be anxious!) - and he picked me up following a delayed flight. He was professional, helpful and pleasant. I will certainly use CC and Matthew again.
