Just plain rude on the phone. Only asked for a short trip but was spoken to like I wanted to go to London. Rang back and cancelled due to the rudeness. Unfortunate
Needed a last minute ride from a very remote location in Westbury to get home and the taxi arrived on time and had a great chat ! Very reliable and friendly service
Tim's taxi is always reliable, friendly and efficient. Tim is a true local that knows the area extremely well. Tim has gone out of his way to help me when the train's were cancelled on his day off! I always use Tim's taxi's and will continue to do so for years to come. I highly recommend him.
Booked Tim's cars with 1.5 hours notice on a Bank Holiday Monday. Over the phone I was told it would be about £30 but was charged £40 for the 15 minute journey from Westbury Station to Longbridge Deverill (8.8 miles). Whilst pleased to book a taxi with short notice on a Bank Holiday, the fee was steep for the area and therefore I wouldn't use this taxi service again.

A bit of hygiene would be good.nice guy but the car was filthy
Good local knowledge and similar pricing to other taxis services. However It was difficult to get a taxi around 15:00 (Due to the school rush). Would use again but will get a fall back number.
