Terrible place, impossible to get an appointment over the phone or the patchs thingy. They don’t take anyone seriously if you’re dying good luck! And even if you do manage to get an appointment good luck seeing a real doctor that actually knows what they’re doing! Terrible service

They do not answer phones, and by the time you get through after waiting on the phone for hours, no appointments are left. If you make patches request (thats if you are lucky enough to get through)no one bothers to contact you.

Excellent service, appointments made quickly. Dr Ward very professional. Highly recommended this surgery to others. Practice nurse brilliant when giving immunisation to my baby.

Absolutely fed up of this place. I thought that merging with other practices (4 in total now) would make things better. How wrong was I? It can take hours and 100's of attempts to get through on the phone, then to be told there are no appointments. For us 'tech savvy' people that have online access, the use of the PATCHS system is absurd. At 13:00 it immediately changes to tell you it is closed and to try again at 19:00, then at 19:00 it immediately changes again to tell you to try again at 13:00 the following day! Receptionists (when you can finally speak to one) continue to signpost you to PATCHS even when they know you wont get through! I was seen with my daughter (11) today and they would not provide me with the session notes so I could provide them to school to evidence why she is off for an extended length of time. Instead I have to pay £30 for a letter that may take up to 40 days to be written! ITS FOR SCHOOL NOT A HOLIDAY!!!!!!!!!

I am putting in a major complaint,i rang on Tuesday morning for a call back from the doctor. Only the receptionist called me back, asking about my condition and can't sign sick notes. She said a doctor would call me, since i haven't had no call back. I have been ringing and constantly your line is busy, everytime i get down to be the first caller,i get cut off. This has happened twice. Disgusting!!!

I very rarely visit the GP but having a problem for over a month decided to use the e-consult service on the website at about 9pm after the surgery had closed. Had a call back at 10.17 the next morning - which I missed as I was at work - followed by an email explaining my condition and links to where I could read more about it in detail. Very impressed.

Never had an issue getting through on the phone in a morning. Even when i was 8th in the queue on the phone it went down quickly. Staff are friendly and helpful. Clinical staff listen to you and during a recent illness i have received excellent care. Register for online services and making an appointment is quick and easy for same day appointments.

Half the time u don't even get through when u call in the morning for appointment. And if u do get through receptionists are very moody and unfriendly. And doctors don't give enough time to patients. They try their best to keep the appointment very short no matter how many health issues you have. One of the worst surgery. The doctors and receptionist need to be changed. They look so fed up with their job. They are not interested in listening to you. The doctor wants you out the minute you go in. They don't even listen to u properly. The place needs closing down.
