   I recently switched from a well-known high-street opticians to Eye Clinic Opticians after dealing with a lot of problems elsewhere. I noticed they had many positive reviews, so I decided to give them a try. From my very first visit, the experience has been excellent. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful. They are well organised too, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. The optometrist deserves special mention. During my eye test, she was patient, kind, and never rushed any part of the appointment. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and checked every detail to make sure I was completely happy. The test itself was very thorough, and I felt confident I was in good hands. I would highly recommend Eye Clinic Opticians for their care, organisation, and the overall experience they provide. It also helps that they send text reminders and follow-up phone calls for upcoming appointments, which is very handy.

   A Hidden Gem - An excellent A class service through this hidden gem optician . I had a medical issue with my eyes last week and I went through the MECS service with these guys . They were very professional and efficient and got me the right treatment and reassurance that I required. The optometrist left no stone unturned in her examination. I was very impressed with their service . A couple of months ago they also saw my young daughter and carried out a thorough examination where they picked up she needed to see a hospital specialist and they got her referred at the hospital very promptly. All staff are professional and super knowledgeable and really genuinely care about every individual they see . The optometrists at this place have a great duty of care and is not what you normally would see at your typical high street optician. A very BIG thank you from me.

   I came in for an emergency medical appointment. Eye Clinic booked me in the same day and were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. They helped me get to the root of my problem, prescribed drops to help my symptoms and booked a follow-up appointment to make sure I was improving. My eyes began to get better very quickly afterwards. I would highly recommend Eye Clinic Opticians to everyone!

   I have been attending the Eye clinic, with my family, since it opened. I have been overseas for 2 years and waited until we were back in Bradford to have an eye review as I know that no other opticians will offer the same care and excellent service as they do here. They always go above and beyond to ensure we have what we need and that we understand all of the information. The choice of eye wear is excellent and I couldn't recommend The Eye Clinic enough!
