I would recommend Helen to everyone. I've seen her several times about on ongoing weakness with my wrists, and her diagnostic skills, collaborative approach to coming up with exercises and kind, supportive manner have really helped me focus and progress. Slopers and pockets aren't quite the enemy they were before! I'd definitely recommend anyone with an issue that's affecting their climbing to book and appointment to discuss it. Don't see it as something that's just for injuries, it's so good to have a chunk of time focusing on your body and then deliberately improving something - it really has given me a boost. My daughter (9) has also had an appointment about some ankle pain, and it's been really helpful. Thank you so much Helen!
