   Lovely facility for children. The play areas are always clean when we have visited. There’s a downfall which still hasn’t been acknowledged and reasons why we would choose not to eat here. Regularly see staff members handle food without using gloves. Cross contamination of handling frozen items such as fish and then moving onto other food items without washing hands/use and change of gloves. Using their personal mobile phones, handling money and then handling food items. We find this very poor for hygiene reasons but also allergies/intolerances etc. There’s always a smell in the toilet facilities as though the hygiene bins are not emptied/cleaned on a regular basis.

   Honestly surprised by this place. Reasonable entry and reasonable price for drinks and food (we didn't eat here but the prices were good) my wife had an oat milk late and it was lovely. The play area was clean and tidy and looked nice. Enough room for the group to be in. Smaller soft play area for the younger ones. The only thing I'll say we went there 10am on Saturday and there were crumbs and biscuits on the floor from the day before. Other than that lovely place will be going back!

   Decent price and a beautiful theme, the wooden play centre and props are fab and the staff were very friendly. The food was also very good and generous portions. That being said however, I was disappointed that the sitting area was not very clean. The tables could have done with a wipe and the floor had bits of rubbish scattered, definitely be a 5/5 if cleaned.

   Have been bringing my daughter since she was 10months old and just hosted a party here today too! Really love it, its a calm spacious environment for younger kids so doesn't get too rowdy. Lovely cafe. We always have a great time

   I absolutely love it here! Staff are so friendly and are always making conversation. On a few occasions my little one has gotten upset and the staff have gone above and beyond to help. From helping her understand it’s time to go and we can come back to helping cheer her up after she’s fallen over (she is very clumsy) I loving meeting all of my friends and family here as it keeps the kids busy whilst we can enjoy coffee and cake. I can’t wait to come back for Christmas as we loved it last year!

   Visited the one time with my husband and 8 month old. One staff member was absolutely miserable and had zero people skills. The other was smoking right outside the entrance door. Maybe the one inside who was miserable was just having a bad day but that was enough for me to not ever want to come back. Place wasn't great either, I have since found another soft play centre with lots of activities and staff are much more friendly.

   Daughter loves it. Staff are friendly and welcoming. This is one of the few play centres I've been to where you book a table. So number are limited and it doesn't get too busy. Good menu which is reasonably priced. Plenty of parking.

   Had my daughter's 5th birthday party here today. It was excellent! Poppelwood has a lovely, chilled environment as you arrive. The staff have everything organised and running very smoothly (though are very hard to get hold of for any communication leading up to the party), the wizard entertainment was amazing and the kids loved it. So different to your ordinary soft play experience. They've gone to so much effort with the setting and play equipment. Really magical!
