   We visited this place to pick our daughter and granddaughter up and was very impressed. On entering the building we thought the security was really good , once inside it was very spacious with plenty of different areas for various ages groups of children. The food and drinks were got value. The staff were friendly and the place was exceptionally clean.

   Best soft play centre we've been to for overall service and experience. Suitable for small babies up to 7 I would say as it isn't the largest area for older kids. Table service is perfect and tables central to all activities means you can keep an eye on the little ones. Dedicated baby area is away from the boisterous play which is lovely

   In a nutshell: awesome. We went there on the spur of the moment and were not disappointed. A spacious layout with plenty of room. Plenty of things for little ones to do - play areas, football area, role play etc. The food and drink were both top notch. Would highly recommend

   EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!! I visited here with my 20 month old son, having high hopes due to him loving Funtastic (also in Caerphilly), however I left within 20 minutes. The 'Under 2' section had absolutely nothing of interest for him, just jumperoo's and bumboo's - not suitable! I'm not sure whether toys have been stolen or what, but the 'village' area had next to no toys, it literally looked like they had been robbed. When we sat on the sofa's for my son to have a drink, there was a coffee table in-front of us which had 4 very sharp corners, which he could have easily cracked his head open on if there was an accident (which, let's be fair, kids have accidents/falls/trips all the time). Will not be visiting again.

   This place is okay for kids to run around and have a bit of fun with their friends, the staff are also nice here and if you book parties then they are flexible. The only downside is that the heaters in the building are terrible so it gets very cold in there.
