This is such a well thought out and varied play space. It’s entertaining enough for repeat visits without being overstimulating like some traditional soft-plays. We held our 2 year old’s birthday party here fairly last minute after being let down by another venue (we didn’t know about Imagination Fascination beforehand otherwise we’d have just booked in the first place!) and it absolutely turned out for the best, as the team here could hardly have done more for us. Rebecca and Becky in particular worked their socks off pulling together a fantastic party for 40 very happy toddlers and their parents, and they’ve gained some very loyal customers out of it!

Imagination has been my safe space since having 2 under 2, it was so lovely to have a place that was secure and keeps both my toddler and at the time newborn safe, moving on 13 months later both kids have a membership and we go at least twice a week, my oldest loves the softplay and role play and the youngest loves EVERYTHING, today we did the Santa experience and it was perfect!! The Santa really is the real Santa and was great with the kids! The staff or should I say elves are amazing as always- nothing to big of an ask and so friendly, my oldest happily goes over to have many conversations, the cookie decorating and colouring station was also a fav of my oldest. Imagination is my favourite place and allows me to actually have a coffee, thank you guys

Amazing role play ‘village’ area. Lots of different sections and props in each one. Been twice now, it was quieter during the lunchtime session compared to an afternoon session, both were at weekends but could have been impacted by the weather. Great food and drink options, as well as nice baby only room / area away from the play village. Large ball pit in the middle of the village. Little girl loved it. Staff were also really helpful and friendly both times.

What a lovely afternoon we had here; it’s not massive but it’s great. A good get away from the heat where our 3 year old played for around 2 hours. Lots of themed rooms with costumes and props all over the place, as well as a second floor with a nerf room. We will definitely come again

We visited Imagination Fascination on Sunday at the 11:15 session and had a great time! It wasn’t too busy and we were a group of 4 adults, 3 three years and 3 babies. The setup was perfect for looking after the little ones while the 3 years were off enjoying themselves. The cafe is a bit too squashy for my liking, but overall they’ve made a really good use of the space, and I look forward to to playing in the Nerf space zone when my little boy is a bit older. We shall be returning. The staff were nice too. I’d be interested to know what the maximum capacity is as I could imagine it getting a little chaotic during peak times.

Very expensive, for 1.45hr I've paid almost 10£ for myself and my toddler. Inadequate price. Not coming back. Ice cold water in toilets for washing hands P.S. We have visiting lots of play rooms and prices aren't so high as yours. I can't see how the price is fair. And it sounds very unfair that staff has extra half an hour to tidy up on children's time account. Very upsetting experience. Sorry imagination fascination but you lost 6 customers today.

This place is great! My son's love it here and with the nerf room upstairs it caters for most ages up to 10. The reason it doesn't have 5 stars is because of where it is, parking is a nightmare and can be very costly, but i also went to a birthday party here not long ago and I have to say it was pretty unorganised. The food was really poor, half a sandwich, Crisps and a pack of party rings is really not what i had imagined. The ice cream also took over 20 minutes which left all the kids pretty bored sat around waiting. I won't be booking a party here that's for sure, but as a whole, it's a good place, affordable, just not my first choice given the parking arrangements.

The initial thinking behind this place is fantastic but in reality, it isn’t. It’s beyond squashed together, extremely expensive for wet times during school holidays, toys are broken, to the point where one ride on toy was beyond repair, but attempts to fix this has been poor - there was tape around it but leaving a screw exposed. My child’s socks were absolutely disgusting when we finished, it seems fairly expensive to get a drink or food and staff were not very approachable. I’m really sad that this is the case as we, as a family, were really excited for this being in town.

I’m so disappointed to leave a negative review as I love the venue and the concept, The first time I went it was great and my toddler loved it. But it was quiet and there weren’t any big kids there. I went back today and it was so busy and there were lots of older kids. They were at least 12 years old and had no regards for the tots. My two year old son was nearly landed on twice. These kids were climbing high up on stuff and jumping off. Staff weren’t monitoring the soft play and making sure it was safe. There should be a strict age limit downstairs and it should be enforced. Unless the staff take health and safety seriously and bring in an age limit it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.
