Went here on Sat 11th October to see Architects live (Supported by House of Protection and Wage War). Very good venue and with helpful staff at the entrance who arranged for me to be able to bring my medication in (I have to take it at a specific time). Sound, lighting, atmosphere. The lot. It was absolutely fantastic. What a show!! I travelled solo and was surprised at how safe I felt in Cardiff. If there's another gig here from a band I want to see, I'd definitely come again. I lost my ear stretcher and staff were helpful with others who lost belongings - Either finding the items or giving is contact details for the lost property team so we could check if they've found it at a later date.

Went to watch The Rock Orchestra last night. It was an amazing venue and the was wonderful. Stage was huge and very large seating area, seemed like you would have a good view no matter where you sat. Sound and lighting was great. We didnt have a drink but they seemed to have lots on offer. Toilets were ok and there were plenty of cubicles. Venue staff were efficient and friendly.

Saw Ella Henderson and OneRepublic here. It was a fabulous performance here seeing both performances that lasted a good 3 or more hours. Loved it. The place is huge, and there was plenty of space to stand near the stage as well as plenty of seating around the stage also. There was a bar here, a place to buy merch, another little bar where you could buy alcohol sluhsies, etc. There did seem moments where the voices of the performers did not seem as loud as the instruments and felt a little washed out. Besides that, the music was awesome. To add, if anyone is coming here, be wary that prices of drinks here are very expensive. Asked for 2 malibu and pepsi max and was told 8.50. However, I was only given one drink and realised that was the price for one drink on its own. Baring in mind I was given a plastic cup that was pretty small. Definitely not worth the price. Heard a few other comments regarding the prices also. Whilst I understand that this place needs to make money, the prices are a little over the top. This was the same for a previous act we saw before, back in 2023. JLS. However, I would come here again. I loved the performances and it was great seeing them up close. Overall, brilliant performance, not so great prices for drinks especially if you want to treat and enjoy yourself, otherwise it would have been a 5 star.

1st time in Motorpoint. Went to see The Script. Great Night. The Motorpoint is easy to get to. Plenty of hotels and car parks near by. The arena has a capacity of 5000. It has wrap around balconies. It has a good size stage so easy to see artists. Didn't try the early opening bars but a pint was £6.20. If you want a few drinks before hand go to the Traders Tavern just beside the arena. When we got there we went in and even though bar was full they were playing Script songs and the prices were very reasonable. A great way to get placefor a gig. I think that they might play the music of the artist playing the arena that night so getting you ready for the show. The seating plan for the Motorpoint is very miss leading. I thought I'd bought balcony seats but the seating was at the back of the standing area. Block 6 and 7. So if buying in those areas buy seats at the back.

Went to see Crowded House on Monday 13 June 2022. Capacity is 5000 but it is really well organised and easy to get into and find your seat. It also empties after the show really quickly and efficiently. All in all it was a great experience.

Went to see James Arthur and it was incredible! The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The arena was clean, the drinks were reasonably priced and the atmosphere was electric.

Have attended numerous concerts here. Easy parking. Fast entry/exit. Polite staff. Downside the queue for the ladies is always crazy. Not a massive venue so seats are pretty good anywhere.
