   Iv been and seen 1 docter for the last 20 years in brighouse, brilliant docters brilliant docter, iv moved out of the area so had to register here, iv only been here 1 half days since registration and iv been talked to by reception like im a piece of rubbish. rude, cos of my illneses I struggle to sleep and iv been forced to stay up all night to make a 8 o'clock appointment, this was the same rules at my old docters but again cos of how ill I am my old docter left a note on computer saying I could leave a note at any time. The service here is disgusting n the reception staff are very rude for starters n thts before Iv met the docters!!!! It's shocking really iv moved from a docters with a 4 star review to this 1 n every surgery around here are in the 2 stars !!!! This is a second bad no star review considering you can't write separate reviews I'm having to write it here, I wrote My repeat prescription out and brought it in on the 19th December to the docters, 1 medication out of 12 different tablets had been changed by a docter previously the week before, so before dropping it in I rang the surgery to ask what to do cos it hadn't been changed on repeat tht reception lady told me to write it in on prescription wen I brought it in 19th this reception lady told me the reception lady who told me to write tht was in the wrong had no write to tell me to do it so after messing around going to surgery for ova half n hour n been talk to rudely by reception staff prescription was put in (I just want to write in I'm physically n mentally disabled!! So pharmacy rang yesterday 23rd December saying my prescription was ready struggled up ther to find 1 item out of 12, it wasnt chemist fault rang the docters from ther to be talked to rudely once again by the reception staff they had no idea why I only had 1 medication out of 12 despite been able to see I'd put it in on 19th Dec got told they transfer it to pharmacy whilst I was ther then rang me back saying its ther mistake but I'm gona after come to the surgery for it despite not really been able to walk, to be greeted by another rude reception lady, iv not been at this surgery long iv seen two docters who was ok, but the reception ladys are very rude n haven't got a clue what ther doing at all they should be sacked the lot of them n new 1s employed who kno what ther doing n care about poorly patients. Disgusting service n very rude reception staff who don't care less how they treat people iv moved from a docters with 4 star reviews to this 1 with 2 point odd star reviews, 5 to 6 docters in the area all in the 2 star reviews Disgusting!!!!

   Hit and miss with the doctors. Come yesterday and was dismissed about all my concerns regarding my daughter and was told she’s fine. Today she’s had a massive breakout of rash all of her face and body. Nursery refused to have her due to this.

   Since when did receptionists dictate who does and doesn't get medical care. Rececionist was extremely rude but when they don't like how you respond they remove your name from gp lists. Horrendous

   Very careless receptionist.. checked in and waited for 30 minutes only to found out at reception that I wasn’t checked in by previous receptionist.. very careless and annoying.

   Don't lecture patients on the phone about being abusive when your own reception staff are exceptionally rude. My daughter rung the surgery this morning was nothing but polite yet the receptionist talked to her very rudely asked for the name of daughters medication then said to her was she making it up or did she have it in front of her. The cheek of it I was ready to get in the car and go up myself no wonder people are rude to them.
